Were looking for a friendly organized and service-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience while helping support the day-to-day success of a collaborative front desk team.
While this is not a formal leadership position candidates with experience mentoring teammates coordinating schedules or helping improve front desk operations are encouraged to apply.

What Youll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with youll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient and pet owner.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

Client Service Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth professionalism and compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Obtain and document accurate patient histories
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Verify vaccination status and required testing
  • Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
  • Prepare prescriptions diets and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Support daily hospital operations to ensure a seamless client experience
Opportunities to Support the Team
For candidates with previous experience there may be opportunities to assist with:
  • Creating and managing CSR schedules
  • Reviewing and optimizing the appointment schedule to improve efficiency
  • Coaching and mentoring fellow Client Service Representatives
  • Promoting exceptional client service standards and supporting front desk workflow improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional client service
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience mentoring others or helping coordinate front desk operations is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 3050 pounds
