Join our Immigration Team as a Client Service Coordinator located in our Atlanta Center for Excellence office.

This role will be based in our Atlanta office on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations as well as for team meetings training opportunities and relationship building. This role reports to the Client Service Supervisor.
Position Summary
Greenberg Traurig currently has an employment opportunity for an administrative role of Client Service Coordinator in the Immigration Practice Group. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys paralegals and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Updates information and upload documents into an immigration case management system
Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation
Maintains updates and organizes client files assist in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas
Performs data entry and data integrity
Updates and maintains reports assigned monitors immigration expiration dates
Composes engagement letters as requested
Manages caseload and processing and distributing of essential documents
Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences
Manages phone lines maintains multiple calendars and time entry
Makes travel arrangements and processes travel and business expense reports
Assists with other department activities as needed and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

High attention to detail outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills takes initiative and uses good judgment excellent follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) professional demeanor and presentation
Education & Prior Experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years experience supporting multiple people
Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is desired
Customer service experience
Technology
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) including core capabilities limitations and importance of data privacy accuracy verification and ethical considerations within a professional services environment
Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows to enhance daily work tasks as appropriate and/or directed
Proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging AI and related technologies and contributes to a culture of innovation
