TheClient Service Associate Leadleads the daily activities of client service associates (tellers) atourLancaster CA branch. If you are passionate about being part of a community being a team player and helping others reach their financial goals then we are interested in speaking with you!
Essential Functions:
- Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coaches andcounselsbranch staff to improve customer servicesalesand operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- May supervise branch activities in the absence of or in conjunction withbranchmanagement team.
- Expandclientbase through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications cross-selling of bank services and products andassistingclients in every area of banking.
- Maybe responsible forprocessing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2yearsbanking cashiering customer service balancing other related experience or successful completion of company approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering balancing debits credits bankproductsand/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Musthave solidbalancingand customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based onclientsneeds.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $26- $28hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
