Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients helping ensure that every interaction is handled professionally efficiently and with care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people communicating clearly solving problems and contributing to a collaborative work environment. You will work closely with internal team members while supporting client needs and helping maintain strong long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive support to clients.
• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Assist with client onboarding account information and service-related needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve client concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction and continuity of service.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities related to client service.
• Represent Dinamic AS Group with professionalism in every interaction.
