Client Relations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Job Summary

Were looking for a friendly dependable and organized Client Relations Coordinator to join our Client Relations Department. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for our clients and supports both our Sales and Service
Departments. From answering calls and scheduling appointments to assisting with client communications and administrative support youll help ensure every client receives the professional personalized experience that defines our dealership.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls to clients regarding sales and service opportunities.
Schedule confirm and follow up on appointments.
Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
Build positive relationships through personalized phone and email communication.
Print prepare and mail client correspondence.
Maintain accurate client records and document communications within dealership systems.
Perform general administrative duties supporting the Client Relations Department.
Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Represent Lincoln of Wayne with professionalism warmth and attention to detail.
Cross-Training & Team Support
This role is designed to provide experience across multiple areas of the Client Relations Department. Team members are cross-trained to support one another during vacations peak business periods and whenever additional assistance is needed. We value flexibility collaboration and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly professional and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable learning CRM software Microsoft Office and dealership communication systems.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Previous customer service receptionist administrative hospitality or call center experience is preferred but not required.
No automotive experience No problem. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service hospitality retail reception administrative support or call centers. Well provide the training and tools you need to succeed.
What We Offer
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour. (depending on experience)
Paid training and ongoing coaching.
Cross-training across multiple Client Relations functions.

Monday: 3:00pm - 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 1:00pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 3:00pm - 7:00 pm
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 8:45am - 6:00 pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
