We are looking for a client-facing Migration Specialist to support Banking Payments Migration and Transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Prior Banking process experience is a must to have
• Experience in Migration/Transformation projects
• Strong client-facing (MS Teams/ Zoom) and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical/process concepts in simple business language
• Strong analytical coordination and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic project environments
• Willingness to work from client office all 5 days
• Flexible to work between 7 AM 7 PM shifts based on project needs

This role requires strong communication capabilities coordination across cross-functional teams tracking project deliverables/timelines and supporting migration activities with internal and external stakeholders.
