As theClient Manager Energy you will beunderwritingandmanagingacommercial bankingportfoliothatis specific to the upstream / midstream oil and gas sector.This role will have asecondary focus on selling deeper intocustomer relationships.This includes client-facing interaction underwriting managing approval processes and legal documentation as it pertains to supportinga mid-to-large-size portfolio includingcomplicatedoil and gasReserve Based Loans.Goals will includefee/revenuegrowth portfolio retention portfolio growth portfolio management / tracking and making referrals to other verticals/segments of the bank.

Howyoullspend your time:

• You will partner with other officers to effectively administer the management of assigned commercial banking relationships.

• You will underwriteOil & Gas Reserve Based Loans including engineering data input financial data inputhistoricalfinancial analysis and comprehension/analysisof upstream/midstream oil and gas operations.

• You willmaintaina portfolioby calling on existing customers to expand existing business ensure excellent client relations & proper servicing of account(s) and ensure the portfolios credit quality.

• You will provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients which includes direct contact with customers either through participation in joint sales calls with other officers or direct correspondence with clients and perform various projects/tasksas needed.

• You will serve as a conduit for all product lines and match client needs with appropriate products.Proactively look for cross selling opportunities on bank products.

• You will navigate internal systems / databases toinput /obtain / track portfolio information.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Youpossessabachelors degree in businessorAccounting/Finance/Economics/ Mathematicsorequivalent experience in arelated field.

• You have5years ofcommercialbankingor lendingexperience including creditunderwriting.

• Youdemonstrateadvancedknowledge of creditand understanding of underwriting.

• Youdemonstratesolidfinancial acumen.

• Youdemonstrateadvancedknowledge and understanding in how toidentifyand process maturing loans line renewals term loans that need to be extended how loans can be restructured approval process change terms etc.

• Youdemonstratetheability to interpret policies/procedures loan contracts and understanding of credit reports financialstatementsand loan documents.

• Youdemonstratetheabilityto be self-starter and show initiative.

• Youdemonstrateprofessionalcommunicationskills (verbal& written).

• Youdemonstrateproficiencyin Word Excel PowerPoint.

• Youdemonstratethe abilityto manage time effectively.

• Youhave the ability toprospect and network at various levels within a company.

• Youdemonstrateanalytical skills.

Bonus points if:

• Youpossess3 years ofoil and gas underwriting/ analysis.

• You have exposure to oil and gas industry / underwriting.

• You have knowledge of bank products services and bank operations.
