Client Leisure Associate

Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided

Were looking for friendly organized individuals to support clients with leisure-related planning reservations and general coordination.

As a Client Leisure Associate youll help clients explore options organize important details and stay informed throughout the planning process. Depending on the request you may assist with accommodations activities transportation scheduling and other experience-related arrangements.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people researching options and keeping details organized.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Communicate with clients about preferences and requests
• Research available options based on client needs
• Assist with reservations confirmations and scheduling
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Follow up on pending items or changes
• Maintain accurate client records
• Support select accommodation activity or transportation details
• Help organize itinerary-related information
• Assist with special requests or adjustments when needed
