Job Summary

The Position

Were hiring organized dependable individuals to assist clients with the details that go into planning and coordinating upcoming travel.

In this role youll help gather client preferences research suitable options organize reservations and schedules and keep important details on track from the early planning stages through final confirmation.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well pays attention to small details and is comfortable managing multiple requests in a remote environment.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and continued guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating with clients about dates preferences budgets and special requests
  • Researching destinations accommodations transportation and experiences
  • Organizing reservation details schedules and confirmations
  • Keeping client information and planning notes accurate and up to date
  • Following up on pending selections documentation or changes
  • Reviewing details for accuracy before plans are finalized
  • Helping clients navigate routine questions and adjustments
  • Coordinating with hotels vendors and service providers when needed
  • Keeping multiple client files organized at different stages of planning
  • Providing timely updates throughout the process
