Client Care & Booking Specialist
ECI Comfort Langhorne PA Full-Time
We are looking for someone who is great with people confident on the phone and knows how to keep things moving.
Our Client Care team helps customers solve problems schedules service calls follows up on opportunities and makes sure every customer feels taken care of.
You should be comfortable talking with customers all day asking good questions and turning conversations into booked appointments.
What Youll Do
Answer incoming customer calls
- Schedule service and sales appointments
- Follow up with customers and open opportunities
- Help customers understand their options
- Work closely with our service sales and dispatch teams
- Keep accurate customer information in our system
- Help create a great customer experience from the first call

Experience in HVAC is helpful but not required.
We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude communication skills and work ethic.
People with backgrounds in customer service inside sales automotive BDC hospitality medical scheduling apartment leasing or similar roles may be a great fit.
