Client Booking Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel excellent communication skills and a strong background in customer service. As a Client Booking Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients bookings from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Understand clients travel preferences and requirements to create customized itineraries - Research and book flights accommodations activities and transportation for clients - Negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients - Process payments and manage client invoices - Keep up-to-date with industry trends travel regulations and destination information - Provide support to clients before during and after their trips - Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during a clients trip and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the travel industry - Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and GDS systems - Passion for travel and willingness to learn about new destinations and products - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in New York City. The Client Booking Specialist will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. However some flexibility may be required to accommodate clients needs.
