ClerkIII-Provides secretarial and administrative support to a CommunityCare supervisorand community care the intake process and consistentlyutilizesautomated systems to manage obtain and verify reports and tracks excellent customer service in person over the telephone and via e-mail to internal and external staff community partners and individuals receiving our case making travel arrangements; prepares travel vouchers schedule meetings; order supplies; work on special assignments. Other duties may include providing reception coverage.

Essential Job Functions(EJFs):

  • Attends work on a regular and predictable schedulein accordance withagency leavepolicy;and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provides secretarial support to the Unit Supervisor and staffin multiple office locations. (30%)
  • Documents information manually and into multiple automated systems. (20%)
  • Answers telephones and distributes mail. (25%)
  • Organize compilepurgeandmaintainpersonnel and administrative files. (15%)
  • Completes special assignments and/or reports. (10%)

KnowledgeSkills andAbilities(KSAs):

  • Abilityto work in a professional customer service environment is required.
  • Work experience toindicatean understandingand ability to perform duties.
  • Experience in developing and/ormaintaininglogs and reports.
  • Experience using fax machines printers and other office equipment isrequired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of and ability tooperatepersonalcomputer and use Microsoft Officeproducts.
  • Knowledge of English language such as vocabularygrammarand organization of expression for composing correspondence and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing duties and tasks. Knowledge of and/or ability to effectively manage time and complete assignments byestablisheddeadlines.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience withCommunity Careprograms for the aged and disabled as well as community resources for this population is preferred.
  • Ability to perform routine office duties such as filing typing answering the telephone copying faxing etc.
