Clerk I Receptionist

Position Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for presenting a positive first impression of the company to all visitors and vendors; directing customers to the appropriate corporate office staff member; answering general questions from visitors entering the building.

This position is based in our office located in Scarborough ME.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors associates and vendors in a warm and inviting manner
• Ensure all messages are relayed promptly to the intended person
• Screen incoming calls in a warm pleasant and professional manner
• Respond to inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate departments
• Manage conference rooms schedule requests
• Maintain and organize lobby area
• Answer and respond to internal requests to reception as needed
• Submit IT requests to extend badge access for vendors and contractors
• Responsible to assign badges to visitors and vendors for security purposes in securitys absence
• Other general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a receptionist front desk or administrative support role.
• Strong communication grammar organizational and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate professionalism attention to detail and a customer-focused approach when interacting with visitors associates and external partners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

ME Salary Range:$15.39 - $23.08

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience internal equity and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
