Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our Oncology Clinic in Bolivar Missouri someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

• Hours:8:00a.m- 4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like:The Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center is a partnership between Citizens Memorial Hospital and Central Care Cancer Center in Kansas. The facility provides medical oncology/hematology as well as radiation services.

Services include:

• Chemotherapy

• Hematology

• Rehabilitation services

• Prosthetic fittings

• Social services

• Dietary services

As a Clerk you will be:

• Working closely with the physicians physician assistants nurses and registered medical assistants

• Answering the telephone and routing toappropriate people

• Scheduling office visits clinic procedures updating consents patient insurance and demographics.

• Collecting clinic co-pays obtaining medical records andassistingwith coordination of referrals.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical

Skills: Organization ability to work in a fast-paced environment multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
