Clerk, Accounts Payable

The position:

Do you have a strong interest in accounting the ability to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously and exceptional customer service skillsAs an Accounts Payable Clerk you will hold a critical position in the company by making sure we are staying up to date on all of our bills!In this position you will do things like:

• Work in office 40 hours per week
• Review and verify all invoices forappropriate approval
• Scan and enter invoices into accounting system
• Review vendor statements and work with vendors to research and correct differences
• Mail checks to vendors
• Other assigned duties

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk needs to have

• A strong interest inAccounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and other computer skills
• A high degreeof accuracy and attention to detail
• Data entry skills
