The Clerk II will maintain basic file system(s) or assists in the maintenance of a large and difficult system

Responsibilities:
Codes classifies posts and consolidates information required for reports and reviews for required documents affidavits number of copies etc.
Performs final checks for proper coding classification mathematical accuracy research as necessary and prepare related summaries and reports.
Handles public inquiries by phone in writing or in person and subsequently searches various records files etc. to locate requested information. May make inquiries to clarify information.
Performs basic computer skills such as keyboarding spreadsheets and presentation software.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
