Work Hours: 80 Hours Bi-weekly
Salary Range: $16.50 to $25.00 Per Hour

Required Education Experience Licensure(s)/Certification(s) Skills etc.:
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities when reviewing documents and reports
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize work assignments
- Proven reliable attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/or Microsoft Office tools support
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Summary of Job Duties:
- Receive and process homestead exemption and owner occupancy applications to determine if qualifications have been met.
- Receive and process rental registration forms
- Oversee the tax foreclosure process for all delinquent parcels in Hamilton County
- Manage documentation and enter information into our system
- Communicate professionally and effectively with property owners attorneys and other government entities
