Work Hours: 80 Hours Bi-weekly
Salary Range: $17.50 to $25.50 Per Hour

Required Education Experience Licensure(s)/Certification(s) Skills etc.:
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities when reviewing documents and reports
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize work assignments
- Proven reliable attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/or Microsoft Office tools support
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Summary of Job Duties:
- Receive complaints against real property value for Board of Revision
- Sit in hearings as a clerk
- Work with BOR designees
- Manage documentation and computer system throughout hearing to ensure that it is recorded decisions are signed and case is prepared to be resolved by Account Clerk
- Communicate professionally and effectively with property owners real estate professionals attorneys and government entities
