Job Overview
As a Clerical Associate on the Medical Surgical Unit you help keep the unit running smoothly so nurses physicians and support staff can provide highâquality patient care. Youll manage communication coordinate daily workflow assist with documentation and provide excellent service to patients families and clinical teams. This role requires strong organization clear communication and comfort using technology in a fastâpaced environment.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate unit activity at the nurses station
- Support nurses providers patients and visitors
- Manage phones call lights and communication systems
- Maintain forms supplies and patient education materials
- Assist with admissions discharges and EMR tasks
- Help keep the unit safe organized and running smoothly

Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within six months of hire
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of Epic training as required
