Job Summary
The work:
Performs analysis of documented user requirements and directs or assists in the design of test plans in support of user requirements for moderately complex to complex software or IT systems. May participate in all phases of risk management assessment and software/hardware development. Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all processes are used as intended. Protects the team removes barriers to successful implementation and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner/Scrum Master maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans. Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes. Candidates with previous experience on Agile teams especially within Government agencies will be well suited for this position. Perform as liaison between business stakeholders and the development team gathering business requirements accurately so that functional specifications are captured understood and translated into development activities. Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes. Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and processes on actual project/program engagements required. Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience required. Works with their team(s) to meet established Sprint and Release goals. Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations Agile project life cycle.

- 2 years experience as a business analyst.
- A minimum of 1 years exposure to data migration activities.
- A minimum of 1 years exposure to integrations.
- A minimum of 1 years exposure to leading/mentoring junior team members.
- Preferred location is Colorado Springs but may accept remote candidates.
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Clearance required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
