• Respond to service calls as needed
• Inventory and Pack-out of contents
• Cleaning of contents
• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Laundry cleaning services
• Maintain clean work vehicles warehouse equipment and related
• Prepare sites for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for projects
• Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdowns

• Strong work ethic positive attitude and reliable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a valid IN Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
