• Spend the majority of your time in the field developing relationships throughout the Rochester market
• Visit referral partners and prospective clients face-to-face
• Schedule meetings and lunch-and-learns with key decision makers
• Develop relationships with plumbers property managers insurance agents HVAC contractors facility managers real estate professionals senior living communities contractors and other referral sources
• Attend networking events trade organizations and community activities
• Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners and customers
• Track activity and relationships using CRM software
• Create opportunities that result in cleaning and restoration referrals
