Position Overview:

We are looking for a Cleaning Personnel to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The main responsibilities of this role will be to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients properties ensuring that they are safe and welcoming environments for their occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms kitchen areas and common areas

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

- Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines

- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards clients and colleagues

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required

- Must be authorized to work in the USA
