Cleaning Associate (Cusodian Floor Technician

We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Cleaning Associate / Floor Technician to maintain clean safe and organized facilities. This role is responsible for daily custodial duties floor and carpet maintenance sanitation and overall facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is dependable able to work independently and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Clean and maintain common areas restrooms offices and workspaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Sweep mop and vacuum floors
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces including high-touch areas
• Clean glass mirrors and interior windows as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchen areas
• Restock supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
• Report maintenance repair or safety concerns promptly

• Sweep mop and maintain hard surface floors
• Strip wax and buff floors as scheduled
• Scrub restroom floors and other heavily used areas
• Shampoo and maintain carpets and rugs
• Spot clean spills and stains as needed
• Operate floor care equipment safely and properly

• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company and facility safety guidelines

• Previous custodial or floor care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand bend lift and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Able to lift approximately 2030 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain base access
