Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Associate to support daily cleaning and housekeeping operations at our Houston office.

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean safe and organized environment across office areas conference rooms restrooms break rooms kitchens and other common areas. The ideal candidate is dependable proactive and able to work independently in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting

Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms offices conference rooms and common areas

Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly

Refill restroom and kitchen supplies as needed

Clean tables counters windows microwaves refrigerators and other shared equipment

Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply shortages or maintenance concerns

Follow company safety policies and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals

Assist with additional housekeeping or facility support tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

Previous cleaning janitorial housekeeping or custodial experience preferred

Basic English communication skills preferred

Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail

Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 15 lbs as needed

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Office environment

May require standing walking bending and repetitive movement throughout the shift

Use of cleaning equipment required
