Classroom and Collaboration Analyst (Dallas)

GENERAL SUMMARYThe Classroom and Collaboration Technology Analyst (CCTA) will be responsible for the coordination and setup of all audio and video services platforms solutions and equipment including the development of new solutions installation maintenance troubleshooting and working with relevant vendors as is a campus-based position. This position follows a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include:Familiar with AV equipment and platform landscape including classroom and collaborative technology Installation administration and support of these technologiesWorks with vendors to order schedule and install equipmentManages installation process holds vendor and others accountable for deliverables and schedulesWorks with stakeholders including faculty IT leadership and project managers to manage budgetWorks with IT staff and help desk to coordinate installationsFacilitates and programs meetings as neededProvides periodic status updates to stakeholdersMitigates any risks or problems (proactive and reactive)OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to REQUIREMENTS25%MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESPOSITION IN ORGANIZATIONREPORTS TO: Manager Classroom and CollaborationPOSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/ATECHNICAL MANAGERIAL and PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIREDTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
