Job Summary

Were looking for a dependable safetyminded driver with a valid drivers license and experience driving 26ft box trucksto support our healthcare routes in the Sturtevant WI area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours local routes and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.

Youll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering toptier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.

Meet our drivers: position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!**

What will your job involve

Driving & Route Responsibilities

Safely collect transport and store medical waste and sharps containers
Operate company vehicles up to 26 box trucks
Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely reliable service
Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & CustomerFacing Work

Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional friendly service

What are we looking for

Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
Experience operating vehiclesup to 26 box trucks
Familiarity with DOT compliance logging hours and roadside inspections
Confidence completing Level 13 DOT road checks
Strong work ethic reliability and proven tenure with past employers
Customerfocused mindset with a flexible cando attitude
Commitment to safe driving and ontime delivery practices

- CDL Pay - $27 per hour
- CDL with HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT - $28 per hour
SIGN ON BONUS! $3K SIGN ON
