Job Summary
We are booking established Class A CDL teams for a dedicated high-priority OTR fleet. Unlike traditional team positions that keep you out for months at a time this account runs preassigned weekly lanes with 100% drop-and-hook freight allowing your team to return home every single week for a guaranteed 34-hour reset.
Pay & Mileage Highlights
- Weekly Pay: Drivers average $2200 gross per week based on a steady 5000 team mile baseline. Top team runners clear $115000 annually per driver.
- The $10000 Split Sign-On Bonus: Each driver receives a $5000 transition bonus paid out across your first four months ($1000 after your first load $1000 at 30 days and $1000 monthly for the next 3 consecutive months).
Route Logistics & Equipment
- The Freight: 100% drop & hook customer-planned freight using company trailers. No loading or unloading delays.
- The Lanes: Preassigned weekly lanes running across all 48 states though dispatches into New York are highly rare.
- The Schedule: True continuous team operation. Out 1 full week followed by a scheduled weekly 34-hour home reset.
- The Fleet: Assigned late-model sleeper tractors backed by a tenured 24/7 technical and dispatch support team.
Mandatory Team Qualifications
- Both drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 3 months of solo or team tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Team partners must reside within a 100-mile radius of each other to ensure smooth dispatch and home time coordination.
- Must possess clean driving records (MVR) clean backgrounds and strong professional customer service skills.
- Safety Restriction: This dedicated account is strictly not SAP friendly.
