Earnings and Bonuses
Base Rate: $0.65 CPM (every single mile is compensated)
Monthly Performance Incentive: Earn up to an extra $0.05 CPM (evaluated via Driver Scorecard: safety idling service and compliance)
Weekly Gross Average: $1600 - $2100
Weekly Mileage Average: 2500 - 3000 miles
Extra Pay: $50.00 per tarping event layover detention and multi-stop compensation
Premium Fleet and Equipment
Truck Model: Long Hood Kenworth W900s (average fleet age of 2-3 years)
Assignment: Permanently assigned trucks (no slip-seating)
Take-Home Option: Take the vehicle home during time off (requires secure parking; must plug in during winter months-no idling permitted)
Transmission: Both manual and automatic options available (requests honored based on availability)
Safety and Amenities: Equipped with front/rear cameras power inverters in all units and APUs on select trucks
Tools Provided: EZ Pass PrePass EFS fuel cards and Motive/Qualcomm ELD systems
Freight and Lanes
Cargo Types: Lithium-ion batteries server racks air conditioning units and general commodities
Tarping Requirements: Roughly 30% of loads require tarping (candidates must be capable of tarping)
Hazmat: 0% (strictly non-hazmat freight)
Time Off (Home Time)
Accumulation: Earn 1 day of home time for each week spent on the road.
Frequent Routes: Enhanced home time flexibility for drivers operating through our primary corridor (Minneapolis - Dallas - Western OH).

Hiring Requirements
Age requirement: 23 years or older
Must possess a valid Class A CDL
OTR Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
Flatbed Experience: At least 1 year of verified flatbed history (no training program available)
Screening: Must successfully pass a new company-administered DOT physical (existing medical cards not accepted) and pass a urine drug screen
Background and Safety Record
No SAP drivers (lifetime disqualification policy)
Maximum of 3 employers within the past 12 months (strict limit)
No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years
No felony convictions within the last 7 years
Zero major moving violations or serious preventable accidents in the past 3 years
