Practical Roadmap
You will spend 4 to 6 weeks over the road with a certified driver mentor.
This is 100% live freight experience on public highwaysno simulators or classroom time.
You transition into your own assigned truck as soon as your mentor signs off on your skills.
Your paid coaching focuses on:
Safe operation and maneuvering of commercial tractor-trailers
Electronic logging device management and hours-of-service regulations
Proper walk-around vehicle inspections before and after every trip
Standard communication protocols with the logistics team
Routine Tasks
Hauling dry van freight concentrating on regional lanes east of I-35
Returning home every two weeks for scheduled rest days
Maintaining absolute compliance with federal transport safety mandates
Submitting accurate electronic logs and vehicle condition reports
Verifying equipment safety at the start and end of each shift
Staying in regular contact with our dispatch office
Hiring Criteria
Valid and active Class A commercial drivers license
Minimum age of 21 years old
Certificate showing 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations
Ability to pass the required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
