Earnings Breakdown:

Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 to $24.50 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime Rate: Time-and-a-half pay active after completing 40 hours in a work week

Target Weekly Schedule: 45 to 50 total working hours per week

Average Weekly Pay: $1200 gross per week

Calculated Annual Earnings: $62400 per year ($1200/wk 52 weeks)

Home Time Routine: 100% Home Daily

Workplace Environment: Active yard switching and hostling duty that involves physical mobility outdoors across fluctuating hot and cold seasonal weather conditions

Driver Qualifications & Fleet Perks

Experience Level: First Seat experienced Class A drivers only. No trainees or team setups accepted on this lane.

Credentials: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License and current DOT Medical Certificate (no specialized endorsements required).

Schedule & Shift Flexibility: Operates across both day and night shift windows; weekend shifts are active.

Holiday Expectations: Christmas Day is the primary scheduled facility closure.

Screening Standards: Must pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant) alongside background and MVR checks.
