• Target weekly scale: $1750 ceiling (based on experience and efficiency).
• Mileage and stop pay combine for competitive consistent income.

• Late-model fleets: under 18 months old 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia International LT or equivalent.
• Automatic transmissions APU inverter and refrigerated or dry van options.
• Tractors maintained in-house; no idle time on repairs.

• Paid orientation and training.
