We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. This role offers steady freight modern equipment and a supportive dispatch team. You will run localized corridors including Dayton to Columbus Cincinnati Indianapolis and surrounding Midwest markets ensuring regular home time and predictable routes.

Our fleet is under 18 months old featuring late-model trucks with automatic transmissions APUs and inverter outlets. Every unit is meticulously maintained to maximize uptime and comfort. You will drive a truck you can be proud of with full onboard technology for navigation and communication.

Target weekly scale sits around a $1750 ceiling with pay based on experience and performance. Consistent miles and efficient routing ensure you hit your earnings goals. Additional pay for layovers detention and special loads.

To maintain our high safety standards applicants must meet these criteria:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Zero DUIs or drug-related offenses in the last 5 years
• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card

Your routes will primarily serve the Dayton region and extend to key hubs: Columbus Cincinnati Indianapolis Fort Wayne and Chicago. Expect dedicated customer accounts with minimal wait times and repeat freight. Home weekly with potential for more frequent home time depending on your lane.
