Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL tractor-trailer drivers for a dedicated role based out of Fort Smith Arkansas. This position requires a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience and a commitment to safety and reliability.
Routes primarily operate within a 250-mile radius of Fort Smith including key lanes to and from Little Rock Fayetteville Tulsa and Joplin. Occasional runs to Oklahoma City and Memphis may be required. Drivers can expect consistent home time with a predictable schedule.
All equipment is late-model under 18 months old and equipped with advanced safety technologies including lane departure warnings collision mitigation systems and automatic transmissions. Trucks are maintained on a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule to ensure reliability and comfort.
Average weekly earnings target $1750 with a ceiling around this range based on route efficiency and performance. Pay is competitive for the region and includes opportunities for mileage and stop pay bonuses.

Qualified drivers may bring a pet (dog or cat) on the road with prior approval and a refundable deposit. Rider policy allows for a passenger over the age of 10 after 60 days of employment subject to safety orientation and approval.
