Class A CDL OTR Driver – 1, 520Wk Avg

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van routes running non-Northeast lanes. Enjoy steady weekly pay 100% no-touch cargo and generous mileage volume.

• Pay Structure: $1520 average weekly gross ($79000 average yearly target; top earners bring in $1870 weekly / $97200 annually).
• CPM Scale: $0.54 to $0.58 CPM based directly on driving tenure.
• Volume & Freight: 2500 average weekly miles; 100% no-touch dry van (mix of drop-and-hook and live dock loads).
• Equipment & Travel: Late-model condo sleeper cabs; servicing 48-state lanes excluding the Northeast.
• Orientation: In-person onboarding mandatory in Colton CA (1-week mentorship ride-along available based on experience).

Hiring Standards

• Active Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have an approved secure parking space arranged for home resets.
• Clear MVR record and ability to pass pre-employment DOT urine drug testing.
