We are looking for reliable CDL-A drivers to join our OTR dry van fleet. Run consistent 48-state freight without touching your cargo earn experience-based mileage pay and get paid weekly via direct deposit while taking advantage of predictable 23 week home rotations.

Pay Breakdown & Shift Rhythm:

• Weekly Cash Flow: $1250 to $1450 average weekly gross pay.
• Pay Scale: $0.57 CPM up to $0.66 CPM (scaled according to your years behind the wheel).
• Weekly Distance: Averaging roughly 2200 miles per week in comfortable condo sleepers.
• Freight Handling: 100% no-touch freight (drop-and-hook along with live dock loads).
• Home Time Window: Stay out 1421 days at a time and take 23 full days back home.

Applicant Requirements:

• Licensing & Seat Time: Current CDL-A credential active medical card and a minimum of 90 days commercial driving history over the last 6 months.
