Position Details:
- Basic yard duties - moving trailers in and out of dock
- Driver will be responsible for spotting upwards of 40-50 trailers per day
- Responsible for performing yard checks multiple times a day for inbound deliveries
- Required to perform safety inspections on all trailers prior to backing them in for loading
- Responsible for making minor repairs (lights mud flaps etc.) when identified on written safety report (DVIR log)
- Transporting trailers/trucks to & from the maintenance shop for repairs (shop is local)
- At times they may be required to help load stack or restack a trailer of product if the product has shifted
Additional Information:
- Must have reliable transportation back and forth to work
