This role focuses on regional routes within the Permian Basin including key corridors such as Midland to Odessa Carlsbad Hobbs and Fort Stockton. Drivers will haul essential freight for energy and industrial sectors ensuring consistent miles and predictable home time. All runs are designed to maximize efficiency while keeping you close to the Midland area.

Our fleet features trucks under 18 months old equipped with the latest technology including collision mitigation lane departure warnings and automated transmissions. You will operate modern well-maintained equipment to ensure safety and comfort on every trip.

Target weekly scale sits around a $1750 ceiling. Pay is based on a combination of mileage and activity with additional incentives for safety and fuel efficiency. Consistent freight volumes support reliable income.
