These lanes are designed to maximize your time home while delivering reliable freight. Expect a mix of regional and dedicated work with most trips returning to Lubbock within 35 days.

All drivers operate late-model fleets under 18 months old. Our trucks are equipped with:

• Automatic transmissions
• Collision mitigation systems
• GPS and electronic logging devices
• APUs for comfort during rest

Your safety record matters. To qualify you must meet these strict standards:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years

We conduct thorough background checks and MVR reviews to ensure a safe fleet.

Minimum Requirement: 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.

Target Weekly Pay: $1500 $1750 (based on experience miles and efficiency). Our top drivers consistently hit this ceiling with safe productive runs.
