The Restaurant Busperson supports efficient service by maintaining clean organized dining spaces and assisting servers throughout the guest experience. This role contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly
• Reset tables with clean linens utensils glassware and menus
• Support servers by delivering food beverages condiments and guest requests
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas floors service stations and tray stands
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety
• Stock service areas with silverware glassware napkins and condiments
• Assist with restocking items needed during service
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

Required:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays dishes and supplies
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
