The Opportunity:
We are seeking motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Defense Attorneys to join our clients growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for California and Nevada licensed attorneys with a passion for defense work to handle a diverse and engaging caseload. You will be a key contributor from day one managing cases through all phases of litigation and working directly with experienced partners who are invested in your success.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Represent clients in all court appearances including hearings and motion practice.
- Draft a wide range of legal pleadings motions and other litigation documents.
- Manage all aspects of written discovery including propounding and responding to interrogatories requests for production and subpoenas.
- Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
- Actively participate in mediations and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Provide critical support during pre-trial preparation and assist in all phases of trial proceedings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
What Youll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. (Nevada license is a plus for candidates interested in those opportunities).
- 2 years of dedicated civil litigation experience with a focus on defense work.
- Juris Doctor Degree required
- Exceptional legal writing analytical and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Required Skills:
Qualifications & Executive Profile Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. (Dual admission or a strong willingness to waive into the State Bar of Nevada is highly advantageous). Experience: 2 years of sophisticated civil litigation experience with a proven track record in defense work (e.g. general liability professional liability commercial or casualty defense). Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical capabilities sharp legal writing and persuasive oral advocacy skills. Leadership Traits: A self-starting professional who can independently drive case milestones while seamlessly collaborating in a team-centric ecosystem. Credentials: Strong academic credentials combined with an uncompromising commitment to elite professional ethics.
