Location: Salt Lake City Utah Hybrid schedule offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with our litigation team.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Utah and have litigation experience. We are especially interested in attorneys with approximately 2 years of civil litigation experience though strong junior and more experienced attorneys will also be considered.

Job Description

• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Manage written discovery depositions and case preparation.
• Appear in court hearings mediations arbitrations and trials.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
• Contribute to business development efforts while growing your own practice over time.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Bar license.
• 1 years of litigation experience required.
• 2 years of civil litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal writing research and analytical skills.
• Strong courtroom presence and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a collaborative environment.
• Professional client-focused approach with sound judgment.

• 2 to 4 years: $135000 to $155000
