Pay: $120000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Location:

This position can be based in Lansdale or Pottstown Pennsylvania. The role is primarily on site particularly while getting established with our team and clients. Some flexibility may be available once established.

Note:

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2 years of civil litigation experience. This position requires the ability to work primarily in person and attend court proceedings as needed.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in discovery strategy.
• Appear in Pennsylvania courts for hearings conferences motions and other proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on risks options and potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient practical resolutions when appropriate.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while independently managing deadlines and caseload responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Hands on experience with pleadings discovery motions and court appearances.
• Strong legal research writing advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work primarily on site in Lansdale or Pottstown and attend court as required.

2 to 3 years directly relevant experience: $120000 to $135000

4 years directly relevant experience: $135000 to $155000
