Location: Green Tree Pennsylvania. This is a primarily on-site hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week after onboarding. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases independently appearing in court and working directly with clients.

Job Description

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation contract disputes business torts real estate litigation HOA matters business law and defamation cases.
• Advise clients on legal strategy and case developments.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs demand letters and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Handle written discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings conferences mediations and court proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.
• Manage deadlines and case strategy while maintaining excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organized with strong case management abilities.
• JD from an accredited law school.
