An established and growing engineering design firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join its Rogers AR office. This position is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site development land development or municipal infrastructure projects.
As a lead engineer you will plan develop and manage engineering projects of varying size and complexity while collaborating with clients and guiding junior staff. Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Develop and review site development plans grading drainage and utility layouts.

Provide oversight on municipal infrastructure designs.

Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Oversee junior team members and provide technical mentorship.

Monitor project timelines budgets and profitability.

Ensure all work complies with local state and federal regulations.

Prepare technical reports specifications and project documentation.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus)

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or eligible via comity

5 years of progressive civil engineering experience

Experience in site development land development or public infrastructure projects

Proficient in engineering principles systems and construction practices

Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar CAD/design tools is a plus
