Civil Engineer / Partner Potential

Location: Onsite Role in Greenville SC

Postion Type: Direct Hire with Client

Compensation & Schedule

Base salary target: $80K$120K depending on experience

Standard schedule:

• • MondayThursday: 7:30am5:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am11:30am
  • Potential future flexibility for four 10-hour days after onboarding

A growing multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm in the Greenville area is looking for a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer who wants more than just another production role. The owner is specifically looking for someone with the drive professionalism and long-term vision to eventually grow into a Partner within the firm.

What Youll Be Doing

• Civil engineering design and drafting for commercial and site development projects
• Site layout grading drainage and stormwater management
• Assisting with permitting and regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with internal disciplines and project stakeholders
• Supporting project management efforts and client communication
• Helping deliver high-quality plans efficiently and accurately

What Theyre Looking For

• 4 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering design or civil drafting
• Strong AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience
• PE License in South Carolina
• Ability to independently complete drawings and design work efficiently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term growth
