Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil design and project management for land development projects

Oversee grading stormwater management utilities and site layout design

Manage projects through permitting documentation and construction support

Coordinate with clients internal teams and external stakeholders

Guide and mentor junior engineering staff

Qualifications:

B.S. in Civil Engineering

PE license in North Carolina and South Carolina

5 years of land development experience(commercial industrial mixed-use)

Strong technical design experience withgrading drainage stormwater sewer and water systems

Proficiency withCivil 3D and related engineering software

Strong communication and leadership skills
