An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Coeur dAlene area for a local individual with 3 years experience as a Civil Designer/Drafter with a background in Land Development. This position would earn a generous base salary and a fantastic benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance 401k with matching PTO and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3 years of Civil Design/Drafting experience with a focus on Land Development projects

• High competency with Planning/Preparation of Site Layout Profiles and Land Utility Plans i.e. Water Gas Sewer and Site Details is a MUST

• Experience preparing Storm Water Management Erosion and Sedimentation Control calculations/reports required for project permits/approvals is a MUST

• Deep understanding of software platforms such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office: Word Excel etc. is a MUST

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Design/Drafting is a BIG PLUS
