Civil Designer

Overview
Civil Designer with 3 years of experience supporting land development and site design projects across commercial residential and infrastructure sectors. This role focuses on preparing site layouts grading plans and utility designs while collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate high-quality construction documents. Ideal candidates bring strong AutoCAD skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Develop site layout grading and utility plans for land development projects.
Prepare construction drawings exhibits and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with engineers surveyors and project teams to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic calculations related to grading drainage and utility design.
Review and interpret architectural structural and civil plans for design integration.
Assist with permitting support revisions and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
3 years of experience in civil design or land development.
Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
Experience with site layout grading and utility design (storm water sewer).
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
