Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing JOB FUNCTIONS:Perform general electrical maintenance property wideTroubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devicesRepair and replace equipment electrical wiring or fixturesFollow National Electrical Code state and local building regulationsWork daily with personal hand tools and company owned power toolsComplete work orders as assigned through computer-based program in a timely mannerEffectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completionNotify Supervisors of parts and inventory needsEnsure customer satisfactionFollow lawful direction from Upper ManagementUnderstand and follow work and safety rules and proceduresInteract well with others and be a positive influence on employee moraleOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Basic working knowledge of building maintenanceWorking knowledge and experience with low voltageWorking knowledge of electrical repairsWorking knowledge of change outlets GFCls switches light fixtures and repair light fixturesWorking knowledge of read wiring schematicsAbility to read blueprintsAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationMust be flexible detail oriented able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectivelyMust be able to work in a fast paced changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelinesMust uphold appearance standardsAbility to problem solve and strategize for better solutionsWork varied shifts including weekends and holidaysEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School graduate or equivalentMust be 21 years oldOne (1) year experiencePHYSICAL MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Requires normal corrective vision range the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters numbers and symbolsManual dexterity to operate job related equipmentPerformance of job duties will require standing walking lifting reaching pushing pulling and tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
